Volunteers of the Year (2022)

“The ISCC has been a wonderful point of contact for the City of Fairfax Regional Library and its staff. Many partnerships for programs and outreach have been made through membership in this organization. The Library participates in Salvation Army events, Chocolate Lovers Festival and with programs jointly sponsored with the City of Fairfax. It is a wonderful way to network with a great group of caring individuals and organizations.” – Kathryn Hoffman, Former Branch Manager, City of Fairfax Regional Library.

The signature event of the ISCC is our Volunteer Recognition and Celebration, which acknowledges the member organizations’ extraordinary volunteers. This annual event is held in August.

In the past, the ISCC has supported Fairfax High School’s All Night Graduation Party as well as activities for youth who are looking for ways to volunteer in the community.
