Father Diamond Council of the Knights of Columbus was established in Fairfax City at St Leo the Great in 1974. The Knights of Columbus is an International fraternal benefit organization of Catholic men with over 14,000 councils and 1.8 million members. Father Diamond Council supports member families in need and a variety of charities at the local, national, and international level. Since its inception, the Council has raised and donated over $1.6 million dollars for these charities. The Council has over 300 members and meets both the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month in Providence Hall behind St Leo the Great Catholic Church on Blenheim Blvd. Council Newsletters, activities and other information can be found at the Knights of Columbus website.
